FACT: Ready to have your mind blown? Caffeine does not give you energy. Caffeine keeps you awake but it provides no physical energy.
In small doses it can help your workout by giving you mental focus but at high doses (over 150-175 mg) it hurts your workout by slowing your blood flow.
FACT: Too many ingredients, especially amino acids can be hard to digest and will make you feel nauseous or bloated.
Have you ever felt like you were going to shit your guts out after taking preworkout? That's why that happens.
Cramming in a large number of ingredients looks good on the page but doesn't feel good in your body.
FACT: These types of ingredients are called "Branded Ingredients" and they are often gimmicky.
I am not against all of them but with many of them, the biggest benefit is that the name sounds cool and honestly, it's often the main reason other companies use them.
