Hi, I’m Connor Southworth, founder of 4 Gauge.

I’m a husband, a dad of three, and someone who cares deeply about staying strong, capable, and healthy for the long haul. Like most men, I don’t have unlimited time for the gym. Training has to fit between work, family, and life — and it has to count.

That reality is what led to 4 Gauge.

I didn’t want “more supplements.” I wanted better ones.

I’ve always taken fitness seriously, but I’ve also seen what happens when people chase short-term performance at the expense of their health. Overstimulated nervous systems. Burnout. Poor sleep. Long-term consequences that don’t show up until years later.

As I dug deeper into ingredients and formulations, one thing became clear:
a lot of products on the market are built to sell, not to serve the person taking them.

So I stopped buying them — and decided to make my own.

4 Gauge started with pre-workout, because it’s the foundation of most training routines. I wanted something that:

That turned out to be harder than it sounds.

Clean formulations take more time, more testing, and more restraint. But we stuck to our standards and refused to cut corners.

The result is a product I use every day — and trust enough that my wife, my kids, and everyone who works with me uses it too.
