To initiate a refund, please contact us at help@4gauge.com within 45 days of placing your order and we'll hook you up. Most often, we simply refund your money and don’t make you ship the bottle back.

Acceptable reasons for a refund:

  • Bottle was damaged

  • You don’t like it

  • Your mom or significant other won’t let you keep it

  • You don’t like getting in great shape

  • Your dog ate your homework

Was your shipment damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right. We'll get right on your problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we can only accept returns from the purchaser of the item. Additionally, we can only process refunds from the original method of payment.
